Thriving digital agency, Feed and its newly appointed global creative chief officer Steven Bennet Day needed to deliver a presentation to one of their top tier clients, eBay, on an exclusive yacht during the Cannes Festival of Creativity. In such a setting, a projected slide presentation would have felt out of place as well as uncomfortable to view. So, they turned to the LEAP Print and Promotions team who were able to turn Steven’s thoughts and passion for print into beautiful-looking, individually personalised books that would convey the insights and customisation that Feed wanted to share with their client.
With only three days from briefing to delivery deadline, our print account managers provided peace of mind with a smooth, efficient workflow and client communication process. With no time to lose, our print experts knew right away which materials and methods would be ideal to meet this challenge. Our digital print specialists produced the report as an A3 PUR bound booklet with clean and perfect edges using black Plike stock from GF Smith for the cover, to create a pleasant tactile sensation for the reader. All of the 25 copies required special care and attention as each one contained a personalised illustration on the front cover to make it unique to a specific, named client.
The book contained 34 text pages which were printed on high quality Mohawk stock and four leaves which were printed on Colourplan Blue, Red, Mandarin, and Lavender. Each of the internal pages were printed using a standard four-colour process, but for the colour pages, we backed up the images with white to make them stand out. With such a short turnaround time and the pressure to deliver the finest quality printed books to a crucial client, we not only ensured that the artwork we received was spot-on, we also made sure that everything was printed correctly and delivered to perfection.
