Clarins commissioned LEAP to produce, clear and deliver UK versions of the new multichannel campaign launching their Alpine Herb Cleansing range. The campaign required six thirty-second audio spots for programmatic digital audio as well as a series of video ads of varying length and sizes for display across social media, YouTube, retailer websites and point of sale screens.
The client supplied master video and audio scripts for LEAP’s account manager and producer to take care of the localisation process. LEAP cast a British voiceover artist and arranged for a Covid-safe audio recording session which allowed the clients and production team to dial in for remote supervision.
The series of new audio ads allow the messaging to coincide with morning or evening broadcasts and streaming sessions. In keeping with the current limitations on in-person shopping, they emphasise virtual boutiques and access to online product information.
LEAP’s post-production team provided video editing services to create a series of cutdown video ads with the newly recorded British VO. The editors also made a new end frame to adapt the call-to-action message for the local market, and they QC’d and delivered all files to fulfil the media plan requirements.
LEAP’s account manager took care of obtaining radio broadcast clearance from the regulatory agency and ensured that everything was delivered on time to all platforms without a hitch.
