Smooth-Running Multichannel Campaign Production for Clarins Super Restorative

At the start of the summer, luxury skincare brand Clarins needed to launch the Super Restorative campaign in the UK market. Their brand managers contacted LEAP’s beauty account directors who quickly organised our Film and Post team to take care of TV commercial versioning and more than 20 adaptations for social, in-store and online distribution.

Our post-production team worked with the client’s original assets to sensitively edit the full-length creative into shorter 15, 20 and 30-second cutdowns and even originated the six-second and ten-second masters. Our editors also needed to adapt the content to fit the screen orientations of a wide range of platforms in the client’s media plan. LEAP served as both technical experts and brand custodians to ensure that all campaign activations would retain a premium look and feel.

The Super Restorative campaign required new sound elements for TV broadcast and Boots in-store radio. LEAP arranged the casting, recording, audio post-production and usage management of a British voice over artist who would appeal to the UK target market of women experiencing menopause. With 13 million women in the UK who are either peri-or post-menopausal, this significant demographic is gaining increasing visibility as an important audience. LEAP’s producers and beauty account directors were involved in each step of the audio process to make sure the clients got everything they needed to deliver an effective campaign.

Throughout the project, LEAP facilitated a smooth-running workflow, providing an easy-to-use feedback and approvals system that was secure and confidential. Our account directors and producers supported with broadcast clearance services and ensured the timely delivery of all completed and quality-checked assets to media owners as well as providing the client with prompt delivery confirmation and peace of mind.
