Modern Slavery Statement

Statement for the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2025

Our Commitment

At Loveurope and Partners, we are committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity and respect for human rights. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, debt bondage and child labour in all aspects of our business and supply chain.

Although our annual turnover is below the threshold requiring publication of a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to publish this statement voluntarily as part of our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.

This statement has been prepared having regard to the UK Home Office Transparency in Supply Chains (TISC) Statutory Guidance and reflects the actions we have taken during the reporting period.

Our Business, Structure and Supply Chains

Lovueurope and Partners is a UK-based SME providing B2B Marketing Production Solutions. We primarily operate within the United Kingdom and employ our workforce directly.

Our supply chain consists principally of:

  • Professional and business service providers;
  • Office and IT equipment suppliers;
  • Software and cloud service providers;
  • Print, production and logistics suppliers (where applicable);
  • General office and facilities suppliers.

We seek to establish long-term relationships with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with applicable employment and human rights legislation.

Policies

We maintain policies and procedures that support ethical business conduct and help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. These include, where appropriate:

  • Code of Conduct;
  • Supplier Code of Conduct;
  • Recruitment and Employment Policy;
  • Whistleblowing Policy;
  • Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination Policy;
  • Procurement and Supplier Selection procedures.

These policies promote fair treatment, lawful employment practices, respect for human rights and encourage employees to report any concerns without fear of retaliation.

Due Diligence Processes

Given the size and nature of our business, we apply proportionate due diligence when selecting and reviewing suppliers.

Our due diligence may include:

  • Selecting reputable suppliers with established business credentials;
  • Assessing suppliers where appropriate against ethical, legal and regulatory standards;
  • Requesting confirmation of compliance with applicable employment legislation;
  • Reviewing supplier performance and addressing any concerns that arise;
  • Considering modern slavery risks when appointing new suppliers.

Where significant concerns are identified, we will engage with the supplier to seek appropriate corrective action and, where necessary, review the ongoing commercial relationship.

Risk Assessment and Risk Management

We recognise that modern slavery risks vary depending on geography, industry sector and labour practices.

Based on our assessment, we consider the overall risk within our directly employed workforce to be low. Potential areas of higher risk may exist further down certain supply chains, particularly where goods or services originate from countries or sectors recognised as having increased labour exploitation risks.

To manage these risks we:

  • Review the nature of suppliers before engagement;
  • Give preference to suppliers with recognised ethical standards and transparent employment practices;
  • Monitor supplier relationships as part of normal business operations;
  • Escalate any concerns regarding unethical labour practices to senior management.

Risk assessments are reviewed periodically and whenever there are significant changes to our business operations or supply chain.

Measuring Effectiveness

We recognise that preventing modern slavery requires continuous improvement.

To assess the effectiveness of our approach, we monitor:

  • Any reported concerns relating to labour standards or human rights;
  • Completion of supplier due diligence where appropriate;
  • Supplier compliance with contractual and ethical expectations;
  • Review of policies and procedures;
  • Corrective actions taken where concerns are identified.

During the reporting period:

  • No incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking were identified within our business operations.
  • No reports relating to modern slavery were received through our reporting channels.

We will continue to review our procedures annually to identify opportunities for improvement.

Training and Awareness

We recognise that awareness is an important element of preventing modern slavery.

Appropriate employees, particularly those involved in recruitment, procurement and supplier management, receive information and guidance to help them:

  • Understand what modern slavery is;
  • Recognise indicators of forced labour and exploitation;
  • Understand their responsibilities under our policies;
  • Know how to report concerns.

Training and awareness materials are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain appropriate for the size, activities and risk profile of the business.

Governance

Responsibility for overseeing this statement and our approach to modern slavery rests with the Directors.

The Directors review this statement annually and oversee the continued development of our policies, procedures and supplier engagement activities.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors and is published voluntarily in support of our commitment to ethical business practices.
