Surpassing Expectations with Luxury Brand Film for The Mansion, Marylebone

The Mansion, Marylebone by Clivedale London is, in every way, the height of luxury London living. Their creative agency, GT&I and Creative Director Glenn Tarr approached LEAP’s Film and Post team to create a brand film for the exclusive development that would feel as luxurious as the property itself.

The title and motto of the luxury brand film, ‘Surpassing expectation in every detail’, guides the creative approach – celebrating stunning architecture, quality craftsmanship, elegant design flourishes and exclusive amenities, all in a location that is second-to-none. The Mansion, Marylebone and the film itself work in beautiful harmony with their setting in the last remaining village in central London.

Characters in the film almost glide through their exquisite surroundings as we watch them enjoy the facilities and services including the pool, treatment rooms, private gym, concierge and chauffeur driven Bentley. The subtle soundscape design adds to the serenity of the atmosphere. Every detail of the environment and film have been carefully considered from the enchanting sparkle of chandeliers and the gentle glow of aromatherapy candles to the smooth pour of an afternoon drink and the dreamy reflections of Concert Pianist Aisa Ijiri playing the Steinway Baby Grand.

For The Mansion, Clivedale, LEAP’s Film and Post team worked with our celebrated director, Darren Statman and trusted DOP Clive Evans, renewing the successful collaboration that was born from our work together on brand films for Bentley and CIMA. Head of Moving Image, Danny Coster says,

Darren’s sense of storytelling and his cinematic aesthetic, were perfect for this project, and Cliff’s rare talent for quickly finding the perfect shot and framing enabled us to complete our vast shot list without affecting the quality of our vision.

The footage was captured in 4k on the Arri Amira with prime lenses to achieve a cinematic look and our post-production team provided the offline and online edits as well as the colour grade at LEAP’s in-house studios. LEAP delivered a beautiful brand film to surpass the high expectations of our luxury brand client.
