Following our appointment as European creative production partner to iconic British sports car brand Lotus earlier this year, last month saw us support the pan-European launch of Lotus’s exciting and much-anticipated new supercar, the Evora 400.
The new model is Lotus’s fastest ever production road car, and with a weight of less than 1,400kg, this modern supercar holds true to the Lotus philosophy that to make a car better, you make it ‘faster and lighter’.
Lotus carry a rich British heritage with a particular connection to their home county of Norfolk – an important element Lotus CEO Jean-Marc Gales is determined to reinforce throughout all of their ongoing marketing activity.
With this in mind Loveurope directed the photo shoot on the roads, in the villages and alongside the architecture of North Norfolk. The photography harnesses the beauty of nature and Norfolk heritage, juxtaposing with the equally beautiful yet modern and innovative beast that is the Evora 400.
The creative material and our new campaign copy was then developed for the launch campaign, including transcreation by Language and Culture of all messaging across Lotus’s key European sales markets. We then produced and delivered material across brochure collateral, dealer press and online, as well as creating and delivering both central and local dealer e-CRM campaigns.
Following the success of this work, we are now in the process of shooting and developing this new creative and photographic approach across the entire 2015 & 2016 Lotus production car range.
