LEAP’s Head of Group Marketing and Business Development Jo Merecido joins the new intake at WACL (Women in Advertising and Communication Leadership).
More than 200 senior women from advertising, communications and media belong to WACL, and together they are on a mission to accelerate gender equality in the industry.
2022 is a year for ‘Leading for Change’ according to Kate Waters, Client Strategy and Planning Director, ITV & WACL President 2021-22.
Lockdown forced us all to adopt new working practices and showed many businesses what could be achieved through flexible working. The return to the office will undoubtedly create further changes to our cultures and our ways of working. We believe that each of these is an opportunity to design for equality and create a fairer, more diverse and more equitable working world.
Jo is a strategically driven business development and marketing professional. Her background spans agency and client-side roles.
