EcoVadis Recognises Our Commitment to Sustainability – again!

We are thrilled to announce that we have recently been awarded the prestigious EcoVadis Gold Award for sustainability. This recognition places us in the top 5% of audited companies worldwide.

EcoVadis is the world’s largest provider of business sustainability ratings, boasting over 100,000 audited companies globally and screening the sustainability practices of over 500,000 more. This organisation plays a pivotal role in assessing and promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) across various sectors.

Our journey with EcoVadis began four years ago when one of our luxury brand clients invited us to undergo an audit as a procured partner. Since then, we have voluntarily continued this process, allowing in-depth scrutiny across CSR and compliance. This ongoing commitment is one way that we show our dedication to maintaining the highest levels of social responsibility.

The 2023 Gold Award follows silver awards in both 2021 and 2022. This places us among the top performers globally, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. The award’s scoring is split across four disciplines – Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. In the Advertising and Market Research sector, where the average score is 45 achieving a bronze award, our outstanding score of 70 secured us the coveted Gold Award.

The EcoVadis certification not only regulates and audits our CSR practices but also serves as a powerful testament to our clients and prospective partners that we take these commitments extremely seriously. Many of our existing clients are already part of the EcoVadis platform – including JP Morgan, LVMH, and Clarins along with industry giants such as Unilever, L’Oréal and AstraZeneca.

This latest award underlines our ambition to achieve excellence in all facets of sustainability. And the work doesn’t stop there – we are now also proud participants in the SME Climate Hub initiative, which contributes to global efforts in addressing climate change.

Leap’s CSR commitments and the EcoVadis audit procedure is overseen by our Head of Operations, Neil Essam, who proudly adds:

“As we celebrate our third annual EcoVadis Award, and a Gold one at that, confirming our continued commitment to sustainability, we confidently look forward to working together with our established partners and prospective new clients to make an even more positive impact on the world we live in, whether that be in our own local environment, or on the wider global stage.
