Following an extensive tender process, NewDay, a leading consumer finance provider, appointed us as their digital production partner. Our role is to work with their internal marketing and design teams to support the management and build of eCRM communications across the entire NewDay product portfolio.
NewDay experienced massive expansion over recent years and increased their offering to include a range of own-brand retail credit cards for brands such as Amazon, TUI and Arcadia Group, as well as several own brand lending platforms. To support this accelerated growth, we developed a multi-layered solution which includes internally-based, front-end design resources, an on-demand project management team and a specialist digital studio team.
This combined team now delivers creative and design services, original videography, infographics, responsive template automation as well as seasonal and promotional eCRM campaign fulfilment. We service more than 13 key product marketing stakeholders based within NewDay and provide the expandability to ensure that as NewDay continue to grow in size, they have a robust, proven and deeply embedded creative services partner underpinning their marketing delivery requirements.
