We are the specialist marketing transcreation partner to COS, a global fashion brand which embodies simple, elegant style infused with a relaxed and functional flair. Our role is to help COS reflect these same values in their external and internal communications, from in-store experiences and consumer marketing, through to staff newsletters and magazines.
Maintaining the right tone of voice in all communications is vital to ensure COS connects with current loyal customers as well as inspires new fans and potential shoppers. To do this, we created a dedicated, central team managing COS and partner brand guidelines as well as market-specific customer service feedback. The team is also responsible for overseeing a specialist network of fashion writers around the world who transcreate content for the launch of new season collections as well as support retail activity in all markets. They localise staff mood films which cover the latest fashion ranges, ensuring that the shopper experience remains connected, well-informed and on-trend in all global COS outlets.
