Enticing customers to in-store experiences with Clarins

To increase in-store footfall, Clarins commissioned LEAP, their long-standing production partner, to develop a multichannel campaign promoting Clarins’ complementary express skin services. The ‘We Know Skin’ campaign capitalised on the brand’s 65 years of experience and made use of LEAP’s in-depth understanding of the Clarins look, feel and brand values.

Working from ideation through to production delivery, LEAP’s creative route tapped into the target audience’s desire for stress-relief and self-care. Combining brand assets, campaign messaging and a delicate Spring colour palette into an eye-catching collage, LEAP’s creative production teams created a suite of digital display banners, a D6 OOH poster, as well as sponsored social assets including static and video ads for Meta platforms.
Driving bookings with QR codes and click-through buttons to the appointments page, Clarins saw an immediate uplift in counter bookings. DOOH achieved a strong 63% conversion rate while Meta placements delivered a CTR five times higher than the benchmark. The campaign was picked up organically and featured on ITV’s popular daytime show ‘This Morning’. The great success of the Spring campaign prompted Clarins to commission a vibrantly refreshed version for the Summer.
